Job Summary

Lead store operations by supervising backroom and sales floor teams, directing staff and volunteers, and driving multi-department sales while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Managing and driving sales for multiple departments
Internal marketing and communications
Training and assisting employees in daily store operations
Executing opening and closing accounting procedures
Working alongside staff and volunteers
Overseeing and developing staff and volunteer team communication
Opening and closing store procedures
Providing efficient, polite customer service

Requirements

Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people
Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to make fast paced decisions
Strong communication skills
Two years of previous team lead experience in retail management.

Preferred

Basic computer and POS system understanding
Basic human resource skills
Ability to be on your feet
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
