We’re looking for an experienced sales focussed Assistant Store Manager, ideally with premium retail or fragrance experience to join us and support the Store Manager in the day to day running of our lifestyle store in Liverpool. In absence of the Store Manager, you’ll be confident in your abilities to take the reins and lead the team on continued success.

You’ll support in leading your team from the front, setting the standard for an immersive customer experience, connecting with our customers who are discovering our products for the first time or falling in love with them all over again.
Engaging and self-driven, you’ll support in coaching and developing first class Sales Consultants to think and act commercially, building a culture that champions a high-performing and collaborative team that overachieves targets and drives profitable sales.
You’ll support the Store Managers expectations to deliver store sales and KPIs, reducing cost while strengthening Molton Browns presence on the high street as the authority in lifestyle products that our customers love to Cleanse, Wear and Live in.
Passionate about brand activation, you’ll identify opportunities to maximise sales through thoughtful events that make a lasting impact to our devoted customers, bringing our brand to life with every customer, every day.
You’ll think through the eyes of a customer, maintaining high standards to ensure your store is always ready to greet everyone flawlessly by driving retail excellence standards that reflect our brand’s aspirations both on the shop floor and operationally behind the scenes.
