Job Summary

Own and optimize Invesco's social media execution in EMEA, turning editorial content, listening insights, and regulatory-compliant storytelling into measurable engagement and brand impact.

  • Coordinate cross-regional social programs and daily content across LinkedIn and employee advocacy to support business goals.
  • Manage calendars, craft and edit posts, track performance, and report metrics to drive growth and learnings.
  • Partner with Compliance and editorial teams to ensure regulatory alignment and timely adaptation to platform trends and audience feedback.

Job Description

  • Working with a cross-regional team to implement Invesco’s organic social media strategy in EMEA to increase engagement with target audiences and support Invesco’s overall business objectives.
  • Assisting in the creation, editing and publication of written, photo, graphic and video content on a daily basis across Invesco channels, including for employee advocacy and for key Invesco thought leaders on LinkedIn. This includes working with editorial team to ensure editorial content is optimized for our social channels.
  • Maintaining social media calendar in Airtable, identifying and reporting on scheduling overlaps/gaps.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, Social Media, the analyst will work on social media campaigns including creating content, writing/editing copy, maintaining calendars using Airtable, manage inquiries through internal process tools (Aprimo), and tracking and reporting monthly metrics including followers, impressions, clicks, engagements, reach, etc.
  • Working closely with the team to run and decipher social media listening reports.
  • Closely partnering with Compliance to ensure all regulatory requirements are met for social media content for specific countries and EMEA-wide. Regularly submit to Compliance tracking system (RedOak).
  • Continually staying on top of social trends and platform features in addition to digesting social listening, client feedback, and competitive audits to implement growth and creative opportunities on social for Invesco brand.
  • Learning Invesco’s approach to social media strategies in a way that helps engage new and existing clients and builds brand reputation with key audiences and influencers.
