Job Summary

Own daily script creation for multiple brands across formats with fast iteration and direct feedback loops.

  • Responsibility: Write 7–8 scripts daily across AI UGC, podcast-style, explainers and more to drive learnings across brands.
  • Workflows: Iterate from research and creative manager guidance to quick revisions and group feedback sessions.
  • Learning model: In-person training and real client work from day one to accelerate skill and decision-making.

Job Description

  • You'll learn to write 7–8 scripts a day across multiple brands and formats: AI UGC, AI podcast-style, animated explainers, founder stories, debate formats, and more.
  • A typical day looks like:
  • Morning: review AI content from the editors
  • Write 5–7 scripts based on research and data from your creative manager
  • Group learning session — reviewing ads, brainstorming, breaking down what works
  • Revise scripts based on feedback
  • You'll be trained in person. Not theory — real client work from day one.
