Ad Script Production: Write 7–8 scripts daily across formats including AI UGC, AI podcast-style, animated explainers, founder stories, and debates.
Collaboration & Iteration: Review editor content each morning, apply research data from the creative manager, and revise based on feedback.
Learning & Output: Participate in group sessions to analyze what works, accelerate shipping, and develop pattern recognition for scalable creative.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ad Script Production: Write 7–8 scripts daily across multiple brands and formats including AI UGC, AI podcast-style, animated explainers, founder stories, debate formats.
Daily workflow: Morning review of AI content from editors, then write 5–7 scripts based on research and data from your creative manager.
Collaboration & iteration: Participate in group learning sessions to review ads, brainstorm, break down what works, and revise scripts based on feedback.

Requirements:

Hungry and fast paced environment excites you; you outwork others.
Solid writing base; capable of clear sentences and coherent paragraphs; training provided.
In-person ready; come in 5 days a week in Birmingham / Leamington Spa.
Degrees, years of experience, or polished portfolios are not required.
