Job Summary

Own the end-to-end search optimization program for clients, from discovery and keyword strategy through content optimization, link-building, and ongoing performance reporting. Lead cross-team collaboration, conduct analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Lead the full SEO program including keyword strategy, content optimization, and link-building.
Analyze performance and provide monthly/quarterly reports to demonstrate value.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement recommendations.

Responsibilities

Consulting with internal teams and clients on search engine accessibility
Performing keyword mining, segmentation and mapping as well as gap analyses and competitive analyses
Providing optimization recommendations for site content
Developing and executing link-building strategies
Providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports to show value against all initiatives

Requirements

A four-year degree in marketing, computer science or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in search engine optimization, web development, or analytics
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Solid analytical and problem solving skills – and a knack for details
Strong communication and presentation skills – you’re poised, articulate and convincing

Preferred

Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
