You will own the affiliate partner program end-to-end, from sourcing and recruiting partners to negotiating deals, tracking performance and ensuring compliance, while analyzing data to optimize acquisitions.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners
- Find and recruit affiliates, streamers, Telegram channels and social communities
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare and hybrid deals
- Plan Turkish-language promotions and write copy and creative briefs
- Track acquisition cost, conversion and partner performance
- Reconcile affiliate commissions each month
- Monitor traffic quality and partner compliance
Requirements
- Professional fluency in Turkish and English
- Experience working in iGaming
- Affiliate or performance marketing experience
- Confidence with spreadsheets and performance data
- Daily use of AI for tasks such as research, outreach, copy and reporting
- You must already have the right to work in the UK
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
Preferred
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, SQL, BI tools, Zapier, Make, n8n, SEO or paid social would be an advantage.
