Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading the day‑to‑day delivery of client projects, from brief through to execution and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with strategy, creative and client leadership teams to shape clear, actionable approaches.
  • Building trusted client relationships by understanding priorities, challenges and opportunities.
  • Managing timelines, budgets and approvals to keep work moving smoothly and transparently.
  • Coordinating with external partners and retailers to ensure plans are well‑informed and effective.
  • Tracking performance and post‑campaign results, using data to inform future recommendations.
  • Spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business conversations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing integrated marketing or commerce projects across multiple markets.
  • Confidence working with clients and partners, with a collaborative and thoughtful approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance detail and big‑picture thinking.
  • Comfort managing budgets, estimates and invoicing with care and accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, across internal and external teams.
  • An interest in creativity and the ability to discuss and defend ideas with conviction.
  • A supportive mindset, with a willingness to guide and collaborate with colleagues at different stages of their career.
