UnDesked workplaces have personnel differences as well. There is more onboarding and offboarding and cross-training. There are more temporary workers, seasonal workers, and part-time employees. Allocating dedicated hardware to each worker doesn’t make sense logistically or financially. By using a mix of digital signage, touchscreens, tablets, and employee-provided mobile devices, UnDesked allows companies to instantly add and revoke access to technology without the costs and headaches that come with IT-assigned end user devices.
