Founded in 1880 as a fish importing business in Liverpool, we retain our international headquarters in the city. Princes expanded into food production in 1946, sparking a period of diversification and growth that continues today.Since July 2024, we have been a wholly owned subsidiary of New Princes, an Italian-based specialist in food, soft drinks, and dairy. New Princes operates 31 production sites globally and manages a diverse yet complementary portfolio of brands alongside customer own-brand products.
