Job Summary

Own and optimise our Shopify stores, drive commercial performance, plan merchandising, and build paid social and Google Ads campaigns while using GA4 for data-led decisions. Support new digital sales channels and collaborate on creative and website improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and optimise our Shopify stores, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Manage the commercial performance of the online business, including revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV) and promotional activity.
Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximise online sales.
Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including creative testing and performance analysis.
Manage Google Ads, Shopping campaigns, Merchant Center and product feeds.
Use GA4 and performance reporting to identify opportunities and make data-led decisions.
Support the launch and growth of new digital sales channels.
Collaborate with internal teams on creative, campaigns and website improvements.

Requirements

Hands-on Shopify experience, including building, launching or significantly developing Shopify stores.
Strong commercial understanding with experience owning trading metrics including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, promotions and merchandising.
Proven expertise in paid social across Meta and TikTok, with experience in creative testing and campaign optimisation.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping campaigns, Merchant Center and product feed management.
Confident using GA4 and reporting tools to make commercial decisions based on performance data.
Experience working in an in-house e-commerce environment with end-to-end ownership.

Preferred

Email marketing and customer lifecycle experience using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Content creation and creative campaign development.
Experience working within a small, agile team where you've taken ownership across multiple areas of the digital journey.
