Job Summary

Own the content pipeline for a showroom-focused flooring business, turning on-site shoots into engaging social video, captions, and posts that grow followers and support campaigns.

Content & Video Production: Film on-site, craft short-form reels, and deliver polished edits for social channels.
Social Publishing & Engagement: Write captions, schedule posts, monitor trends, and grow audience.
Showroom & Campaign Storytelling: Generate content around showroom, team, products, and completed projects to back marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Visiting local project sites to capture photos and videos
Creating professional-looking reels and short-form videos
Editing content for social media
Writing captions and post copy
Scheduling and managing posts
Helping grow engagement and followers
Creating content around our showroom, team, products and completed projects
Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional ideas

Requirements

You live within approximately 45 minutes of Heathfield, Newton Abbot
You have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
You are confident filming and editing video content professionally
You are comfortable visiting live sites and speaking with staff/customers when needed
You have examples of previous social media or video work
You are organised, proactive and able to work independently
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut or similar editing software
Understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms/trends
Photography and videography skills
Experience growing social media accounts organically
Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred
