Job Summary

Own cross-channel marketing support and admin coordination to keep campaigns, events, and day-to-day operations moving in a hospitality-focused UK setup.

Marketing Support: Work on multichannel campaigns and optimize based on performance feedback.
Events & Promotions: Lead booking, coordination, and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and launches.
Administrative & HR Ops: Handle inquiries, scheduling, onboarding support, and office organization to enable marketing and events work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing Support: Contribute towards the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for optimization.
Develop marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, and digital content.
Assist managing social media accounts and update content regularly to engage with the audience.
Maintain and update the company website with new content, promotions, and product information.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
Lead the booking, organisation and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence for the team.
Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
United Kingdom work authorisation (required).

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
