Write and deliver all marketing communications, ensuring consistent, high-quality copy and messaging across channels.
Plan, write and build multiple weekly newsletters tailored to different audiences and objectives.
Write and set up end-to-end email sequences to support acquisition, retention and loyalty.
Write campaign messaging and copy across email, social media and website.
Craft social media captions and content to drive engagement, audience growth and top-of-funnel acquisition.
Support website copywriting, ensuring messaging is clear, on-brand and conversion-focused.
Drive content and copy for programme and event launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to sharpen copy and optimise future communications.
Own campaign operations including email setup, scheduling, QA and list management.
