Responsibilities

You’ll be working as one half of a tight creative duo alongside a Social Media Manager partner, taking full ownership of visual content production and execution, blurring traditional discipline lines with hands-on approach, and balancing creative craft with measurable performance outcomes.
This is a mid-to-senior level, that requires real creative autonomy and experience working independently with a variety of stakeholders.
You will be originating and executing visual concepts, hooks, and creative references for Meta and TikTok across international, multi-market accounts.
You should find a modular design system and next-gen tool exploration more exciting than intimidating, bringing a perfect blend of production and strategic visual thinking to every piece of content.

Requirements

Spearheaded visual direction and hooks prior to brief issuance, eliminating kickoff bottlenecks and streamlining pre-production timelines.
Championed original visual concepts while integrating partner feedback, resulting in seamless cross-functional alignment and elevated creative output.
Managed complete asset lifecycles from initial capture to final deployment, consistently hitting tight publishing deadlines with minimal managerial oversight.
Adopted generative AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, Firefly, and CapCut Midjourney) and automated workflow engines (like Celtra, Automated Creative or Smartly) , significantly expanding asset production capacity and reducing turnarounds.
Developed modular design templates and optimized asset variation pipelines, accelerating overall output without compromising visual craft.
Produced dynamic animation treatments, motion graphics, and video cuts in After Effects, demonstrably driving audience retention across feed environments.
Applied core layout, typography, and color hierarchy principles to directly optimize click-through rates and campaign conversions across paid social channels.
Leveraged automated platforms like Celtra, Automated Creative or Smartly and structured design systems to build scalable asset variations, enabling rapid multi-variant testing and iteration.
Delivered a full spectrum of creative assets; from polished statics to lo-fi native TikTok content, within a single unified workflow, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Formatted visual hooks, pacing, and native on-screen text to instantly stop feed scrolling and boost viewer engagement.

Preferred

Proven experience in social media content creation, motion graphics, or a closely related discipline, with a strong portfolio of social-first, high-volume, multi-format paid social content ideated and created for Meta and TikTok across international, multi-market accounts.
Advanced experience across Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) paired with mobile-first editing platforms like CapCut.
Proactive AI literacy, with a strong track record of actively exploring and integrating emerging tools and automated workflow engines into your daily creative process.
Solid experience in self-production, lo-fi shoot execution, and mobile-first capturing techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience working independently with a variety of external clients and internal teams.
