Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging platforms
Manage monthly budgets of £10k+ across multiple client accounts
Optimise campaigns daily — bid strategies, audience targeting, creative rotation, budget allocation
Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and copy to continually improve performance
Monitor key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and take action when performance shifts
Stay on top of platform changes, betas, and new features — and put them to work
Develop paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs
Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Produce clear, insightful performance reports and present findings to the team
Contribute to QBRs and client presentations with data-backed recommendations

Requirements

2+ years' hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of £10k+
Proven track record of hitting CPL, CPA, or ROAS targets at scale
Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable in the data and know how to turn numbers into action
Experience with Meta Ads Manager at an advanced level
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel/CAPI setup, and attribution
Proactive and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told what to optimise

Preferred

Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, Reddit)
Experience in the automotive, finance, or lead generation sectors
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or third-party attribution tools
Understanding of landing page optimisation and CRO principles
Experience with CRM marketing and how paid and owned channels work together
Meta Blueprint certification
