Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Assist with the creation of social media content in line with the marketing strategy
Conduct market and audience research, including competitor analysis
Support internal communications, including maintaining content on the company intranet (SharePoint)
Coordinate weekly company huddle slides, liaising with teams across the business
Provide ad-hoc creative and administrative support to the marketing team
Support event activities, including preparing presentations and materials for the business development team
Assist with the production and distribution of the monthly client newsletter
Support the development and updating of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, advertisements)
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics

Requirements

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Basic website knowledge and understanding of digital platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Creative, proactive, and positive approach to work
Strong team collaboration skills
Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
