Requirements

Strong account management or client services experience within a digital marketing agency or similar professional services environment.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trust and credibility with clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and present recommendations confidently.
The ability to understand a client’s wider commercial goals rather than focusing only on individual marketing metrics.
A proactive approach to communication, problem-solving, and expectation management.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
A solid understanding of paid advertising across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ability to interpret campaign performance and explain metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and cost per lead in clear, accessible language.
Experience working collaboratively with paid media specialists, creative teams, strategists, and analysts.
The confidence to challenge ideas constructively and recommend the best course of action for the client.

Preferred

Previous experience managing clients with significant monthly marketing or advertising budgets would be highly beneficial.
Hands-on paid media experience is beneficial but is not the primary focus of the position.
