Job Summary
Own the regional Amazon and DTC ecosystem in Europe, setting strategy, P&L, and expansion bets while driving content-led growth and performance marketing to lift conversion and awareness.
- Own Ecommerce: mid-/long-term strategy and P&L across Amazon and DTC in EMEA, with a focus on scalable growth.
- Content & Growth: lead Amazon content, A+ content, Brand Stores, lifecycle optimization, and cross-channel brand storytelling.
- Performance & Ops: align promotions, demand planning, forecasting, and supply-chain readiness to maximize mix, margin, and activation.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership of Amazon & DTC in EMEA across markets and channels.
- Own the Amazon and DTC P&L across EMEA, aligning with regional and global objectives.
- Define and execute mid- and long-term ecommerce strategy, identifying expansion opportunities across marketplaces and DTC foundation.
- Amazon Growth & Marketplace Excellence: lead content, A+ content, Brand Stores, lifecycle optimization, and sell-out acceleration.
- Drive product strategy and promotions to accelerate sell-out, in line with global/regional guidance.
- Partner with Amazon Vendor Managers to develop Joint Business Plans and unlock growth levers.
- Support performance marketing strategy across AMS, DSP and new Amazon advertising formats.
- DTC Growth & Brand Awareness: develop and scale EU DTC strategy, align with CRM, loyalty initiatives, and brand storytelling.
- Align brand storytelling, product launches, and campaigns across Amazon and DTC to strengthen brand awareness.
- Revenue & Performance Acceleration: identify scalable growth initiatives for pricing, bundling, portfolio strategy, and channel mix.
- Forecasting, Inventory & Operational Excellence: lead demand planning and collaborate on PICs, forecast accuracy, and launch readiness for peak periods.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace and DTC leadership, ideally in consumer electronics, wearables, or sports technology.
- Proven track record scaling Amazon across multiple EU marketplaces and developing DTC brand presence.
- Strong experience managing Amazon JBP planning and revenue growth (3+ years).
- Demonstrated success scaling a DTC ecommerce channel with deep knowledge of retail analytics and Amazon Ads strategy.
- Strong Amazon commercial acumen: pricing, promotions, margin management, and portfolio strategy.
- Solid understanding of supply chain, Amazon supply chain models (PICS / SUPER PICS), and forecast planning.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate data into quarterly business plans and budgets.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multicultural teams; startup mindset with hands-on execution.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
