Job Summary
Own the GTM strategy for strategic products, becoming the expert on a core buyer and aligning Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and win rate.
- GTM Ownership: define strategy, messaging, and collateral with minimal oversight, targeting enterprise buyers.
- Buyer-centric Storytelling: master a persona, tailor content, and train the field on positioning and pricing.
- Cross-functional Execution: collaborate across teams to influence product decisions, accelerate adoption, and enable sales success.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for one or more products
- Be the expert on at least one core buyer persona, tailoring messaging and developing compelling content to drive adoption and support sales
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, drive product adoption, influencing strategic decisions, and enabling the field to win
- Wear 4 key hats: Ambassador—lead in-depth research and competitive analysis to guide differentiation and positioning; Strategist—own and execute GTM strategy with minimal oversight; Storyteller—master at least one buyer persona and develop compelling messaging; Evangelist—develop business cases, pitch decks, and collateral to enable sales success, lead sales training on positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in launching and marketing B2B SaaS products, ideally at an enterprise sales company
- Background from one of the following sectors: energy, climate change, electric vehicles or smart transport
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong storytelling with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Experience conducting customer and market research to drive insights and strategy
- London-based or able to commute to office at least three days a week
Preferred
- International experience or knowledge of other languages in addition to English is welcome
- We are prioritising candidates based in London so they can come to the office at least three days a week
