Job Summary

Own the core Muzulu marketing engine by shaping strategy, campaigns, and ROI across digital channels, content, events, and brand to drive growth and customer value.

Marketing strategy and plan ownership across channels, including website, SEO/UX, content, and campaigns.
Campaign execution and performance, including lead gen, nurture, events, and partnerships with consultants and sales.
Measurement and governance, including KPI tracking, ROI, dashboards, and marketing systems management (HubSpot or equivalent).

Develop and maintain Muzulu's annual marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Align marketing activity with company growth objectives, sales targets and strategic priorities.
Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and competitive threats.
Develop campaigns that support lead generation, customer retention and brand development.
Work closely with Directors, Account Managers and Consultants to identify marketing opportunities.
Manage and optimise Muzulu's digital presence across all target channels.
Oversee website content, AEO, SEO, analytics and user experience.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media strategy and content publication.
Monitor and improve website traffic, engagement and conversion metrics.

Requirements

Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
- Budget management experience.
- Experience within IT consultancy, ERP, SaaS or related technology sectors.

Preferred

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of IFS Cloud or enterprise software markets.
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Event planning and webinar management experience.
- Understanding of account-based marketing principles.
