Job Summary

Own storytelling and production across social, websites, and campaigns while turning technical concepts into accessible marketing materials; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to feed authentic customer stories and launches.

Content Production: Create social, website, email, blogs, case studies, recruitment content, and internal comms.
Media & Interviews: Capture and edit photos/videos and conduct stakeholder interviews for authentic content.
Campaign & Collaboration: Support digital campaigns, email automation, lead gen, Salesforce engagement, and cross-functional learning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications.
Capture and edit photography and video content from across the business, including manufacturing, engineering, customer visits, exhibitions, and employee activities.
Conduct interviews with employees, customers, and stakeholders to develop authentic and engaging content.
Produce marketing materials that communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Support the creation of customer success stories, product launches, thought leadership content, and company news.
Support planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns.
Support in managing email marketing campaigns through ActiveCampaign, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting.
Support lead generation and customer engagement activities through Salesforce CRM.
Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Support SEO and website optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

Degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating content for social media, websites, or marketing campaigns.
Photography and/or video editing skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and industries.
