Job Summary

Own and optimise paid search campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, with a focus on driving ROAS and revenue through testing, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Own day-to-day management of paid search operations and performance forecasting.
Lead testing across audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve ROAS and CPA.

Support the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads.
Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
Manage keyword builds, campaign structures and ad copy updates.
Ensure campaigns are running efficiently and aligned to commercial objectives.
Monitor campaign performance daily.
Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA and revenue performance.
Support ongoing testing across audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages.
Assist with budget pacing and campaign optimisation.
Produce regular campaign reporting.
Analyse performance data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

Experience within Digital Marketing or Paid Search.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A genuine interest in ecommerce and customer acquisition.
Confidence working with data and campaign performance.
Excellent attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
