Job Summary

Own and drive regional IVG sales by expanding distribution in independent retail and wholesale, building relationships with retailers, and closing profitable deals that grow revenue and repeat orders.

Territory ownership: lead end-to-end sales with prospecting, new accounts, and revenue growth.
Channel execution: run promotions and trade events to increase uptake and secure repeat orders.
Market insight: monitor performance and competitor activity to sharpen strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding distribution by building strong commercial relationships with key decision makers in the independent convenience retail & wholesale sector. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, securing new accounts, and maximising revenue opportunities across your territory.
Identifying and securing new distribution points through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and direct sales activity
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with independent retailers & owners to maximise sales of the IVG product range
Negotiating and closing sales deals that deliver profitable growth and long-term partnerships
Executing effective sales promotions and trade events to increase product uptake and drive repeat orders
Monitoring performance and gathering market insight to inform sales strategy and ensure competitive positioning
Taking full ownership of your territory’s sales performance, acting as the driving force behind IVG’s success at field level

Requirements

A full UK driving license
Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions - this could be either internal or field sales experience
Keen to work in a fast-paced environment
Great team player with an outgoing personality
Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity
Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)
