Job Summary

You will own end-to-end content and community operations, including sourcing and publishing supplier content, managing social channels, nurturing supplier relationships, CRM data hygiene, and driving SEO-informed newsletters and platform improvements.

Sourcing, editing, and uploading supplier content (news, articles, events, etc.) to the website.
Managing social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Building and maintaining supplier relationships.
Keeping contact details in CRM system updated.
Developing and distributing e-newsletters.
Search engine optimisation of existing and new content.
Staying up to date with industry trends and technological developments.
Liaising with website developer to improve and expand the platform.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (ideally Marketing, PR or English) or equivalent
Excellent written English
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, ExCel & Word)

Preferred

Work experience in a similar type of role
Experience with WordPress CMS and Google Analytics
Knowledge of SEO
