Job Summary

Own core content and communications workflows, coordinating newsletters, social content, product launch assets, and events to drive consistent messaging and audience engagement.

  • Content Engine: Write and edit newsletters, emails, website copy, and digital content to support unified branding and campaigns.
  • Social & Events: Assist social content creation, scheduling, and support conferences, exhibitions, and events.
  • Launch & Market Research: Help with product launch collateral, market/competitor research, and budget-backed reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Writing and editing newsletters, emails, website copy, and digital content
  • Supporting social media content creation and scheduling
  • Assisting with product launches, marketing collateral, and presentations
  • Updating website content and coordinating digital activity
  • Editing podcast and webinar recordings
  • Supporting conferences, exhibitions, and events
  • Coordinating supplier-led projects across design, web, and content
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Supporting reporting, data management, and budget administration

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
  • Some experience with content creation, social media, or digital marketing
  • Video editing skills (desirable)
  • An interest in life sciences or B2B marketing

Preferred

  • Experience with podcast or webinar production
