Responsibilities

Serve as a regular on-camera presence in Blukers' social media and short-form video content.
Develop, film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, employee features, company updates, and other creative content.
Take photos and videos of employees, company activities, events, projects, and other relevant subjects.
Generate creative concepts for social media posts, campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives.
Create graphics and visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Write captions, social copy, and other basic marketing content that reflects the Blukers brand.
Develop supporting content for company websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
Maintain and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Research industry trends, social media trends, sounds, formats, and content opportunities.

Requirements

Comfortable and confident appearing regularly on camera.
Creative, energetic, and comfortable working with social media.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form video content.
Comfortable taking photos and recording video.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable, organized, and professional.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Willing to approach employees and team members to gather content when needed.
