Job Description

Responsibilities

Creates and coordinates content for social media, print, digital signage, and marketing initiatives.
Assists with planning and execution of campus events, promotions, and retail marketing campaigns.
Supports student marketing ambassadors and collaborates with dining and campus partners.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adapting to changing priorities.
Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches if applicable.
Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives.
Works within provided budgets and guidelines.

Requirements

Prior experience in social media, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or similar design software), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in event planning or marketing is preferred.
