Responsibilities

Manage Local Media Investments: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of local television and radio investments to maximize client ROI.
Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between negotiators, strategy teams, and clients, facilitating clear communication and alignment on investment objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Excel to analyze media performance, track investment outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review.
Presentation Development: Create compelling presentations in PowerPoint to communicate investment strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Engagement: Present investment plans and results to clients, addressing questions and providing strategic guidance.
Time Management & Organization: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrated media strategies and deliver best-in-class service.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in media investment, preferably with a focus on local television and radio.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
