Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote CBAOs’ mission, events, programs, and member services
Marketing: Manage all marketing channels including digital, print, and social media
Marketing: Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and member engagement
Marketing: Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
Sales & Member Management: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with sponsors to generate revenue and support for CBAO initiatives and events
Sales & Member Management: Create sponsorship packages and proposals that align with organizational goals and provide value to partners
Sales & Member Management: Collaborate with sponsors to ensure successful execution of agreements and maximize exposure opportunities at events
Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral for event branding ensuring consistency with CBAO’s brand identity
Graphic Design: Create visual content for digital platforms, such as social media graphics, website banners, and email templates.
Website Management: Manage all updates to the CBAO customer-facing website (HTML and CSS knowledge a plus) and SEO

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Canva, HigherLogic, Google Analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate a story
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Team-oriented with strong collaboration and leadership skills
