Job Summary

Own planning and execution of experiential book launch events, coordinating logistics, and delivering a professional attendee experience while liaising with bookstores, venues, and partners to ensure smooth activations.

Event Planning & Coordination: Lead scheduling, venue coordination, and partner liaising for launches and in-store activations.
On-site Activation: Provide hands-on support during activations to ensure seamless attendee flow and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with the client team and venues to execute flawless events and maintain a polished attendee experience.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Familiarity with local venues and event logistics is a plus.
