Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand, product, and campaign objectives.
Create content calendars, themes, and campaign plans.
Identify content opportunities based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and market data.
Source, evaluate, and manage influencers across macro, micro, and niche categories.
Coordinate influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefing, content reviews, and approvals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
Lead the creation of influencer-led, brand-owned, and campaign-focused content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business goals.
Maintain high-quality standards across all content initiatives.
Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging cultural movements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Content Planning, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience executing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution.
Strong understanding of social media content and influencer ecosystems.
Experience managing agencies, creators, and external vendors.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Hands-on experience with: Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
Familiarity with: Meta Business Suite
TikTok Ads Manager
Google Analytics
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action.

Preferred

Experience within CPG, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
Experience managing long-term influencer partnerships.
Knowledge of U.S. and Korean cultural trends.
Understanding of K-pop culture.
