Job Summary

Own the State Fair presence by representing the station, selling merch, and coordinating setup and teardown with a small team, while handling audience-facing interactions and meet & greets.

Station booth operations and audience engagement across the fair and prep/post days.
Team coordination with on-air talent, clients, and promotional staff to deliver a smooth guest experience.
Site upkeep and logistics to ensure a professional representation and coverage for the full event period.

Work the entire two weeks of the Minnesota State Fair (August 27 – September 7), along with 1 week before for set-up and 1 week after for tear down
Work as a team with other promotional staff, on-air talent and clients
Be willing to work at additional (substitute) Hubbard radio station booths as needed

Requirements

Must be enthusiastic, detail oriented, personable, outgoing, proactive, creative, organized, and have excellent time management skills
Must be available to work weekends, evenings and daytime hours during the Minnesota State Fair and preparation period leading up to the actual event dates
Ability to work in a team environment
Subject to pre-employment driving record background check. A conviction, violation pending adjudication, or adverse driving record more than 3 years old or does not meet the major violation definition per company policy will not, on its own, disqualify an applicant.
