Audience & Partnerships: Build authentic community relationships, connect with listeners via interviews and events, and develop endorsement opportunities with local businesses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with on-air, digital, production, and sales teams to support integrated content initiatives and revenue-driving opportunities.

Own the station’s local engagement engine across on-air, digital, and community initiatives to grow audience, revenue, and brand.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to execute promotions, remote broadcasts, and high-visibility community events; represent the station in promotions and special programming; craft on-brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Creative Production: Generate and produce commercials, assist with market-wide programming needs, and champion the station brand in real-world settings.
Strategic Growth: Prospect and develop endorsement and influencer partnerships, pitch as a trusted community voice, and participate in revenue-driving opportunities.
