Job Summary

Own TV and video media buys from planning through post buy analysis, with hands on vendor negotiation, budget management, and client reporting across a blended TV/digital activation. Focus on test and learn opportunities, schedule integrity, and keeping campaigns aligned to brand and client goals.

Campaign Operations: Register budgets, specs, analyze plans, call in mix revisions and optimizations, and monitor schedules to hit client guarantees.
Vendor Activation: Negotiate buys, develop test opportunities, and evaluate vendors using research tools and industry knowledge.
Measurement & Updates: Provide tracking reports and quarterly/annual analyses and deliver client updates on campaign status.

Negotiate & execute buys - collaborate with vendors to develop test and learn opportunities
Allocate, adjust and monitor schedules to ensure delivery to client goals/network guarantees.

Develop of Creative rotation sheet for digital delivered buys
Coordinate with Platform Logistics for digital campaign execution
Evaluate and assess vendors using proprietary research tools and industry knowledge
Participate or lead campaign activation and provide client updates on campaign status

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of Video media buying, negotiation and implementation experience in an agency environment is required. You should be up to speed and fluent on the ever evolving Video landscape and industry trends
Aptitude for mathematical concepts and an understanding of the video marketplace
Able to understand application of, use of industry tools such as (DDS/Prisma, ComScore, Nielsen, AdViews, eMarketer, etc)
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills
