Responsibilities

Expertise in translating clinical data, study endpoints, and safety information into compelling, compliant messaging
Strong understanding of FDA guidance, fair balance requirements, and MLR review dynamics
Experienced writing across HCP, patient, and disease awareness communications
Ability to develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, and long-form content grounded in strategy and science
Skilled at integrating ISI, safety language, and claims substantiation seamlessly into creative work
Strong command of tone modulation across audiences, from highly clinical HCP materials to empathetic patient storytelling
Anticipates medical and regulatory claim challenges early in concept development, proactively strengthening substantiation and shaping messaging to streamline MLR approval
Experience overseeing select workstreams and mentoring junior writers
Ability to present and defend messaging strategy and creative rationale to clients and MLR stakeholders
Adept at synthesizing complex feedback and maintaining clarity and conviction through multiple review cycles
