Develop and execute the organic social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Manage the social content calendar, including ideation, copywriting, planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
Create compelling social-first content, including both still imagery and short-form video, tailored to platform best practices and audience behaviors.
Bring the brand voice to life through creative storytelling and culturally relevant content that drives engagement and brand affinity.
Monitor social media conversations, mentions, and trends, identifying opportunities to engage with customers, influencers, creators, and brands in real time.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and improve business outcomes.
Lead social-first campaign execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated distribution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Manage influencer and creator partnerships from end to end, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the brand's social media presence.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, or a related field.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-native content across formats.
Proven ability to develop original content ideas independently and collaboratively.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement.
Creative problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and identify innovative solutions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
