Job Summary

Own end-to-end video production for marketing and communications, from capture and editing to asset management, delivering interview-driven storytelling and campus events with strong technical setup and cross-team collaboration.

Video Production: Capture, edit, caption, graphics, and on-screen text for social, PR, and campaigns.
Production Ops: Set up gear, troubleshoot, maintain camera/audio lighting, and estimate time/costs.
Asset Management & Collaboration: Build a shared library, manage B-roll and interviews, and coordinate with designers, PMs, and relationship managers.

Capture and archive background film or “B” roll footage, as well as interviews and voiceovers.
Take portraits of faculty, staff, administrators and others as assigned.
Accurately estimate and track time and costs.
