Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand reputation across social media channels

Monitor digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and marketing online analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments and messages in both English and Spanish to foster community relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, branding, and content writers to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability and organic reach
Track media performance analytics and social media analytics to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing performance monitoring
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with diverse audiences
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro or other video editing software), Canva or similar design tools
Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer (application) for scheduling and analytics
Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing online analytics techniques
Ability to craft compelling content writing that aligns with branding strategies while maintaining clarity and engagement
