Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and event planning logistics (evaluating, reserving, coordinating and confirming facilities and food requirements).
- Responsible for meeting and event material production (RSVP lists, name badges, PowerPoint, run of show, etc.).
- Assist with e-blasts to membership.
- Assist with Association fundraisers.
- Assist with social media posts and content creation.
- Maintain membership packets.
- Ability to set priorities and use good judgment

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook required.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Canva.
- Demonstrated creativity in event production and development of marketing collateral.
- Experience managing professional social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Consistently maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
