Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution : Collaborate on and execute Fuel Goods, content strategy across social media, email, SMS, and blog, ensuring a consistent, compelling brand voice across all touchpoints.
Community Leadership : Own community engagement across platforms by actively responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and feedback with authenticity and care.
Social Media : Lead social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms — including planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
Drive Engagement and Revenue through the Community Athlete Program: Manage and grow Fuel Goods’ community athlete program, partnering with athletes and creators to drive authentic storytelling, UGC, and team sales.
Run Club & Community Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with run clubs and grassroots communities, supporting collaborations, events, and content that strengthen Fuel Goods’ on-the-ground presence.
Campaign Storytelling : Partner with marketing leadership, partnerships, and product teams to plan and execute content-driven campaigns that drive awareness, sales, and connection.
Voice & Brand Stewardship : Maintain and evolve Fuel Goods’ brand voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all content and community interactions.
Insights & Feedback Loops : Capture community insights from ambassadors, run clubs, and customers to inform content direction, product feedback, and broader marketing strategy.
Performance & Optimization : Analyze content and community metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion) to continuously refine strategy and maximize impact.
