Job Summary

Own the US content function end-to-end: create and publish short-form video, manage the content calendar, adapt AU content for US audiences, and drive engagement through email/Nurture programs, while partnering with leadership and external agencies to shape messaging and campaigns.

Video Production: own shoot/edit/publish of weekly short-form social content and localization for the US market.
Content Operations: maintain the US content calendar in Monday.com, coordinate leadership sessions, and handle captions, hooks, and posting across platforms.
Collaboration & Performance: align with leadership and agencies on messaging and campaigns, track open rates/CTRs, support product launches and events, and stay current with AI tools to improve workflows while preserving quality.

Partnership & events: engage in industry partnerships and event-related marketing initiatives with leadership and partners.
Quality & consistency: ensure tone, cadence, and publishing standards across US-facing content.

Requirements

3+ years experience in content marketing, marketing coordination, communications, or related roles
Strong video production and editing capability for short-form social content
Experience managing EDM campaigns and nurture sequences
Strong copywriting skills across blogs, email, and social media
Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing workflow and efficiency
Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing deadlines independently
Experience with social scheduling tools, CRMs, and project management platforms
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Must live in the Houston / North Houston area and be available for in-office collaboration in The Woodlands, TX

Preferred

B2B SaaS, construction, trades, or blue-collar industry experience is a strong plus
