Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall social media and influencer marketing strategy for TAVI and the 33 Threads portfolio, aligning initiatives with brand, product and business objectives.
Establish social media and influencer KPIs, analyze performance, measure ROI and present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, PR, Product Development and external partners to execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
Mentor and manage the Social Media & Influencer Coordinator, providing coaching, prioritization, and professional development.
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports using Shopify, Google Analytics, ShopMy, Roster, and social platform analytics.
Own the long-term vision for all social platforms, continuously optimizing channel strategy, content mix, audience growth and engagement.
Oversee the annual social content strategy and editorial direction, ensuring all content reflects brands’ premium brand positioning and voice.
Drive audience growth across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms through innovative content strategies and trend forecasting.
Lead social listening, competitive analysis, and industry research to identify opportunities and maintain category leadership.
Partner with distributors for social media features, collaborative content, and giveaways to provide mutual brand exposure and maintain strong, ongoing partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally 2-3 years of management experience.
Expert in all social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
Proficiency in social media and influencer platforms like Later, Hootsuite, ShopMy and Roster.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time domestically.
Experience with apparel and/or fitness-related brands. Ideally understands barefoot fitness practices like yoga, Pilates and barre.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Deep expertise in social media strategy, platform best practices, emerging trends and content optimization across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key channels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into innovative social and influencer marketing initiatives.
