Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and improve SEO programs, including keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, content opportunities, internal linking, and ethical link-development practices.
Evaluate opportunities to improve visibility in AI-influenced search and answer experiences; establish practical tests and measurement rather than treating AEO/GEO as a checkbox.
Identify conversion opportunities across priority web pages and forms, and improve the path from visitor to qualified inquiry/RFQ.
Plan and execute campaigns across content, email, social, and sales enablement in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Build, document, and improve lead-capture, routing, nurturing, and follow-up workflows using approved marketing tools such as HubSpot.
Maintain sound CRM and marketing-data practices, including imports, list management, deduplication, segmentation, field governance, and documentation.
Track website, campaign, lead, conversion, and pipeline-related performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, spreadsheets, and other tools.
Turn performance data into clear recommendations, tests, and priorities.
Manage projects, dependencies, and deadlines in Trello; communicate status and risks early.
Partner with sales and technical/internal teams to gather product knowledge, validate messaging, and support revenue-producing initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in growth, digital, demand-generation, marketing operations, or a related role; B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical-product experience is a plus.
Demonstrated experience executing across several digital-marketing areas, such as SEO, content, email, lifecycle/CRM, conversion optimization, analytics, or paid/organic acquisition.
Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and marketing measurement.
Experience with some combination of HubSpot or another CRM/marketing-automation platform, Google Analytics, SEO tools such as SEMrush, website/CMS tools, and workflow automation.
Ability to interpret data, form a clear hypothesis, execute a test or improvement, and explain the result.
Strong writing, organization, project-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Self-directed, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on environment.

Preferred

Experience with B2B lead generation, RFQ or complex buying journeys, or technical/manufacturing marketing.
Familiarity with paid acquisition, attribution, landing-page testing, marketing dashboards, or sales enablement.
Experience translating technical information into useful customer-facing content.
Familiarity with AI-search optimization concepts, with a disciplined measurement mindset.
