Co-founders Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint were successful entrepreneurs in the software and fitness industries prior to creating the family-friendly multimedia entertainment franchise Spy Ninjas. Today, the YouTube series has over 45 million subscribers and 15 billion lifetime views across a number of branded channels, and can also be streamed on Amazon Prime and Roku.In 2019, we partnered with Surge Licensing, the agency behind the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, leading to a successful line of Spy Ninjas toys with Playmates, as well as a series of books and graphic novels with Scholastic that can be found at various retailers including Target, Walmart, and Amazon. We've produced a popular mobile app with more than 10 million installs, a Roblox video game, and a merchandise offering spanning backpacks, lunchboxes, hoodies, etc. In 2023, fans will see new partnership and product announcements, including the grand opening of Spy Ninjas Headquarters, an indoor family theme park experience located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
