Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing effort for Wealth.com services, from campaign design and AI-driven optimization to lead nurture and client coordination.

Coordinate client onboarding and scheduling related activities to support estate-planning services

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with opportunities to expand to YouTube and other platforms
Develop ad concepts, write copy, create video ideas, design landing pages, and build lead-nurture campaigns
Support marketing efforts for retirement planning, insurance, and Wealth.com estate-planning services
Track and analyze campaign performance, lead generation costs, appointments, and overall business outcomes
Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, and AI agents to enhance marketing and business operations
Create reusable AI workflows, prompts, systems, and standard operating procedures for the team
Assist in coordinating Wealth.com inquiries, scheduling, client onboarding, document follow-up, and attorney meetings
Collaborate with staff to ensure timely and professional lead follow-up
Manage advertising and communications through the company’s compliance review process

Requirements

Proven experience designing or overseeing digital marketing campaigns
Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, AI automation, or similar tools
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
Analytical approach, focused on tracking results over effort

Preferred

Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus, but not required
