Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing projects, requests, and timelines across multiple business units and locations.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO, social media, and online business listings.
Maintain Google Business Profiles, location information, and respond to online reviews.
Assist with the development, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate trade show and event logistics, registrations, promotional materials, booth assets, and on-site support.
Develop, update, and distribute sales collateral, brochures, presentations, and branded promotional items.
Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all digital and physical channels.
Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and prepare reports for leadership.
Assist with branch integration, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and process documentation.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
2+ years of experience in marketing project coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
PC skills including MS Office programs, marketing automation platforms, and strong core competencies in project management and brand administration.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign)
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)
Familiarity with SharePoint
