Job Description

Responsibilities

Your role: Build the system that turns our audience and ad spend into qualified sales conversations every week. The engine behind the next $10M+ in revenue.
Build one unified funnel every channel feeds into: Attention → Opt-in/VSL → Email/SMS → Webinar → Application → Booked Call → Show. Own the architecture, identify leaks, test aggressively, and continuously improve conversion across the entire lifecycle.
Rebuild our flagship webinar, including hook, structure, proof, offer, and conversion path, and own the sequences that move registration-to-show and show-to-call.
Turn 40K emails and 7K phone numbers into a revenue asset that produces qualified booked calls independent of ad spend.
Build, test, and optimize lifecycle campaigns, reactivation sequences, segmentation, nurture, and conversion paths.
Paid acquisition strategy: Work alongside our seasoned media buying team to maximize the business impact of $60K+/month in paid spend.
Connect short form, long form, and written content into one system where every piece has a defined job, audience, and CTA.
Own the growth scoreboard. Build and maintain clear reporting across funnel performance, lead quality, conversion, show rate, acquisition efficiency, and revenue contribution.
Maintain responsible email and SMS marketing practices, including consent, opt-out and suppression requirements, customer data handling, platform requirements, and appropriate use of company systems. Partner with company leadership and outside resources when legal, regulatory, privacy, or platform guidance is required.

Requirements

This is a senior, hands-on role. We're looking for someone who has personally built and operated the systems described below.
During the interview process, we'll ask you to walk us through specific examples, metrics, decisions, and outcomes from your prior work.
Non-negotiable: Scaled an online business from low/mid 7 figures to 8 figures. Hands-on. Responsible for it, not adjacent to it.
Built a webinar or challenge funnel that collected $1M+ from that funnel. Not company revenue you stood near.
Shipped email/backend nurture that generated six or seven figures in incremental revenue.
Can build and debug your own automations in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or equivalent. You don't file tickets for this.
Have scaled paid acquisition profitably and understand Ads Manager deeply.
Can clearly walk through before-and-after metrics for funnels you've owned, including what you changed, why you changed it, and the resulting business impact.
Understand direct response deeply. You know how short form, long form, and written content combine to drive one CTA.
You have an exceptionally high quality bar. Opt-in, nurture, every email, checkout page, same standard. You don't knowingly ship work that's just "fine."
