Job Description

Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing - Represent and strengthen the Rogers Motors brand.
Coordinate marketing efforts across all six dealerships.
Partner with leadership and our advertising agency on marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and manufacturer compliance.
Social Media - Lead and support social media planning and content.
Create and coordinate photos, videos, promotions, and campaigns.
Review content and ensure it aligns with our brand.
Track social media performance and report results.
Community Relations - Manage sponsorship and donation requests.
Build relationships with local schools and community organizations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Marketing, communications, event planning, or related experience.
Experience with social media platforms and content planning.
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to travel between dealership locations and work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Professional personal appearance.
