Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for Activate's digital marketing agency, coordinating priorities, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding needs.
- Communicate business priorities and feedback to agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Track agency deliverables and follow up to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Compile performance reporting and identify trends, opportunities, or areas requiring additional attention.
Paid Search & Lead Generation
- Support the management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including targeting, messaging, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, including cost per lead, conversion rates, search terms, and overall lead quality.
- Work with the digital marketing agency and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Track lead-generation results and help connect marketing performance with feedback from the Business Development team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with Google Ads and digital advertising campaigns.
Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Experience managing social media content and publishing calendars.
Experience with website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging across digital channels.
Comfortable analyzing marketing data and identifying actionable insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, creative teams, or other external partners.
