Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across NexCore Group’s senior living portfolio.
Translate enterprise marketing strategy into actionable marketing plans, timelines, and community level initiatives.
Ensure marketing initiatives are launched proactively and aligned with project milestones, operational priorities, and occupancy goals.
Oversee execution across digital, print, social media, email, events, public relations, and local community marketing.
Ensure marketing best practices are consistently implemented across all communities.
Manage and track marketing budgets across the senior living portfolio.
Partner with NexCore Marketing to optimize marketing spend and resource allocation across the portfolio.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and maximize return on investment.
Prioritize marketing initiatives and resources based on occupancy performance, census trends, lease-up schedules, and business priorities.
Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring projects remain on schedule and stakeholders are aligned.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and other real estate multi-site environments
Strong understanding of senior living or multifamily marketing, including occupancy management, lease-up strategy, competitive positioning, and portfolio marketing.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments based on business performance.
Strong collaboration experience with Sales, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional marketing execution
Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation, digital marketing tools, and performance reporting.
Excellent project management, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel periodically to Experience Senior Living communities for site visits, project support, grand openings, and team collaboration.

Benefits

Compensation: $125,000 - $155,000 / year
Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus
